Common Area - Jim S has completed a handoff of Common Area materials to Bill D. On Friday June 23rd, Jim, Bill and a contractor walked the Common Areas to assess risk and determine a long-term strategy for getting our Commons in "fire-wise" shape. On Sunday, June 25th, Bill walked the Commons Areas with another contractor for bid proposal. The board will be reviewing proposals and mapping out a timeline for this work. - Bill D.
